Diplomat™ computer-controlled two axis automatic dipping unit. The dipping system is mounted on casters for portability.  Dipping recipes are developed on a notebook computer, which is also used to operate the machine.

The model shown features an extended mounting arm for receiving multiple former mounting pallets.  It utilizes a separate dip tank.

This unit includes optional purged and pressurized electrical controls for use with volatile solvents (this requires the laptop to be located outside of the hazardous area).
