Diplomat™ PVC is a computer-controlled automatic dipping unit designed specifically for plastisol dipping. The unit shown below includes three axes of motion, a programmable preheat/curing oven, and two dip tanks for precision medical part dipping.  Portable tooling carts facilitate quick tooling exchange for off-line part stripping.
